Hey everyone! 👋
We are super proud to announce our brand new school
Paragliding is fun
What we offer
Initially our focus is on soaring in the Netherlands.
Over the past months we’ve built a full curriculum to serve everyone from complete beginners to the more experienced pilot.
In our teaching we use modern learning techniques that help you learn at your own pace in a safe and effective way.
More about this on the “Soaring in the Netherlands” page.
Future
In the near future we plan to expand into also holding courses and trips abroad, to see what we offer.
The courses can be any discipline of paragliding we’re passionate about. To list some:
- Mountain paragliding
- Soaring
- XC
- Vol Biv
- Speedflying
- Hike & fly
In these courses we aim to keep our groups small and focus on you as an individual.
Trips will be for pilots who can already fly and just want have everything taken care of for them. With trips there’s less of a focus on learning and more about having a good time.
Collaboration with Dune Rider
We are also super proud to announce that we will work in close collaboration with Dune Rider.
Dune Rider is a brand started by a good friend of ours, Bryan van Ostheim. Dune Rider specialises in parakites for soaring.
We’ve been part of the Dune Rider family from the beginning and share a common vision about what flying can and should be.
At the same time as we launch our school Dune Rider also launches their all-round wing, the Hopper. We have already ordered all sizes and will be teaching on these wings. You can expect to be taught on the latest and greatest Dune Rider wings at all times.
As part of the collaboration we are also happy to announce that if you buy a Hopper using our code “paraglidingisfun” you will receive a 10% discount on our lessons. This discount can be used for any of our lessons/packages.

Our goal
We want to live our dream of paragliding as much as possible spending time with awesome people creating lasting memories.
Paragliding is fun is a way to share our passion with you!
